Exercise isn't only good for your child's body; it also helps shape their mind. With concerns over child fitness and obesity, Boxercise can provide the perfect answer for exercise sessions that are great fun and engaging especially for those children who don't enjoy the competitive nature of team sports. We can provide taster sessions or PE alternatives for schools and scout/guide groups.
